Red knees and hands

I had unprotected sex with a female about 4 weeks ago.  It was only for a few minutes, but I don't think that makes a difference.  Within 1 or 2 days i developed a rash between the my thigh/pubic area.  It started out as a raised bump on each side of my groin area and then had a red slightly raised rash around it.  It did not really hurt.  I went to the doctors about 4 days later.  He said the the raised singular bump on each side appeared to be warts.  I had them a few months prior.  He said the rash was probably a yeast infection.  The rash seemed to heal within 2 weeks.  I can still tell where the rash is as the skin is still red.  Another symptom I have is that my skin appears to be more red than normal, mostly on my hands and knees.  The surface of my skin is fine, it just seems that there is an increase in blood in these areas.  When I press down on my skin for a few seconds and then lift up, my skin is white for a few seconds and then turns back to red.  I noticed this symptom about a week after the encounter.  The skin stays red and hasn't changed back to normal. Any ideas?
