Lizzie teak kumar any input please.
This late in the game a regular antibody test will tell you your status.
Thanks teak, we have tried those antibody test but the problem here is most test here are not fda approved. Anyone who knows if i can get the at least the fda approved test in either singapore or thailand. Any neighbouring country please.
what matters is whether its approved in malaysia, if it was done in a govt approved clinic or hospital then thats it you need to put everything to rest, since u took the test 3 month post exposure, you dont have hiv.. There is nothing spectacular in singapore or thailand.
Man i live here i know there is huge difference in health diagnostic equipment things here are of poor quality standard. For example i was tested with intec hiv 1&2 test kit and this kit is not even approved in china where it is manufactured.
tests in malaysia are very verry good and reliable..i dont know where youre getting ideas about diagnostic equipment here being not good..as long the test is approved by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, then you are good to go..a test at 3 months post exposure will be conclusive
a regular antibody test will be conclusive..no need for pcr
Kumar i tested at pink triangle foundation and they used the intec rapid test kit made in china.
well i dont know exactly what kit is that but it should be ok since u tested at a aids foundation..
Did anyone have some knowledge on intec hiv 1&2 rapid test kit.
dude pink triangle foundation is a very well known and established setup..so the tests used there are definitely Reliable...you dont have hiv
