Risk, should I get tested?

Hello,

About 2 months ago, I met this asian girl and we ended up having sex at her place. I'm sure I was wearing the condom, but at a point because I was a bit drunk, my penis went back to the flaccid position but the condom did not slip out and went erect again. Is there any risk of contracting the virus in such a position?

I have no serious symptoms so far but 2 weeks ago I had a rhinoplastry and a chin augmentation. Just after the surgery, I noticed only 1 swollen lymph node under the right part of my chin. Can someone please help me, because the thought of living with HIV scares me.

Also today I noticed some very tiny red spots on my chest, though they don't look serious, can they be what they call skin rashes?

Thank you Lizzie for this fast and convincing reply!

However would I have felt something wrong after 2 months? Does cosmetic surgeries worsen the case or decrease immunity, thereby allowing the virus to propage more rapidly? I remember a nurse took a sample of my blood an hour before the surgery, do they test for HIV at that time?

Sorry for posting so many questions, I'm just a bit worried.
