Risk? 7 partners in 2 months, new to NYC!

Hello,

I am a gay man, 26, never have engaged in anal sex. Weird, I know. But I am neurotically safe.

Since moving to NYC I have gotten naked with 7 men. All around my age. Never anyone older than 32.

We've engaged in unprotected oral sex, including me having very chapped lips and possible cold sore that wasn't totally healed (broken skin), and I enjoy getting fingered so I've also had my partners do that to my anus, even after they've touched their own penises.

Am I putting myself at risk for HIV this way?

Thanks.

You need to seek some help with the anxiety.  If every time you don't feel well, you're going to assume you have HIV, you're in for a rough road.

It's cold and flu season...so to have colds frequently is nothing alarming.  ARS symptoms aren't consistent with a cold anyway.

Again, ONE last time...the risks for HIV are:

1.  unprotected vaginal or anal sex
2.  sharing IV drug works
3.  breast milk (infants only)

If you've done nothing on that list, HIV is not a concern.  I'd strongly suggest seeking some help.

What part of you never had a risk is it you fail to comprehend? You do not have an HIV concern.

I now have another cold! 2 in 2 weeks!

Fever and dark green mucous/congestion!

Am I dying?! Is this ARS??!?!?!?

So nervous! I'm still an anal sex virgin and this is what happens?!?

if i don't engage in anal sex ever, i won't be at risk for hiv sexually?
That is correct!

The only way an adult can get HIV is through unoprotected vaginal or anal sex, and by sharing IV drug works.  That's it.

Unfortunately, due to poor education about HIV, many people have a very overinflated view about HIV risks.

to recap:

no matter the number of partners, if i don't engage in anal sex ever, i won't be at risk for hiv sexually?
