Risk STI from Blood open cut?

I had an open wound, about 0.5cm deep, 2cm long, but it didn't bleed much, but it mostly bleed fat from yellow water. I accidentally got someone with an STI to drop a drop of blood into the wound (a friend my nosebleed). I can get STI from it. I hear that STIs live for hours in the environment. I don’t known  enough STI virus to spread through the blood??
Thank so much!!!

Yes, I was really worried and didn't know if I was contagious, so I asked what did I do wrong?
Many websites say that STIs like gonorrhea and syphilis spread through open wounds and I am worried about this. I just want knowledgeable people to reduce anxiety!
What is your question about HIV? Why do you think you're contagious? Do you have HIV and you're worried about spreading it to other people? Your question is not clear at all.
I don't have HIV and I'm worried when my open wound comes into contact with the blood of others. So is there a risk of transmitting HIV and STIs if I have an open wound that is still new on my skin and my friend is having nosebleeds from the nose? sorry my english is not good you don't need to be hard on me if not worried about the risk I would not have asked.
Does your friend with the nosebleed have HIV and that's why you're worried about this?
How do I know if my friend is infected? It's just a new workplace friend! I'm worried about syphilis, gonorrhea, hiv because I heard that it was transmitted through blood into an open wound?
I worry beacause i don’t known my new freind have HIV or another STI ?
Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No matter what else you can think of, including the event you described, it will NOT be a risk for HIV.  Forget about this event and move on.  You had zero risk and you do not need a test.

When people talk about wound-to-wound contact, they are talking about events involving MASSIVE trauma, where everyone involved would be bleeding heavily and require immediate medical attention - like a very bad automobile accident.  You will never get HIV from everyday, normal contact with blood of another person.
Thank you very much! and I can't get STIs from wounds like cuts with fresh blood, can I? I read the information about syphilis, gonorrhea can be transmitted through blood! I would really appreciate it if you answered me about the remaining anxiety!
