Risk from giving oral sex and symptoms 2 weeks after

I am so anxious over an encounter I had the first week of August. I have been stressing over thinking I could have contracted HIV. I gave oral sex to a guy and only got his precum in my mouth but spit it out immediately.  We had protected intercourse though.  He also gave me oral sex. Now since than I went to my Dr. and she said it was low risk but we will test in about a month.  She prescribed me xanax and I started taking it for anxiety it barely helped and than finally about a week and a half after the sexual encounter I went to the ER because I had so much anxiety and panic attacks and I felt like I was losing my mind over this fear of HIV. At the hospital they just evaluated me and prescribed vistaril for anxiety and told me to stop the xanax.  So I did.  Now that very same night I came home I started having night sweats they continued for about 12 days. 3 days later I starteed with having to go to the bathroom as soon as I would wake up and it was loose stool.  I would say out of the 12 days atleast 3 of those days I would go more that just once and they were loose stools.  I don't believe I ever had a fever so not sure where the night weats are coming from.  I have my ac running all night but was still sweating.  Also 3 days after the loose stools stared my mouth started to get very dry and than I noticed my tongue turned white.  Also during this time I felt a tingling senstion in my throat, mouth, gums and teeth.  Almost a numbing sensation.  I also felt like my neck was swollen but when I went to the Dr. she couldnt see anything.  I have been feeling dizzy and feeling like I wanted to get a headache but never did.  I also have extremely sore breasts still since than and my period has come and gone since than.  I looked at my body for rashes the only thing I could see was an earier that has small bumps on my neck same color as my flesh but pimply like.  Kept feeling like I was getting a UTI but never did and now I have a sore in my genital area and I also had one in my mouth the day before.  What is going on with me my symptoms seem strange.  I know the risk from oral is low, but I believe at the time I performed oral sex on him I had a break in the skin in my cheek since I am constantly biting the sides of my cheek.  Need help please I can't seem to match these symptoms to anything.

Whye are ther so called few confirmed cases of transmission through oral sex.  Is it true or not true would they lie about something like that?

Someone told me a tingling and numb sensation on teeth can be a sign of an infection in the body, but I don't ever remmber being sick and feeling that sensation.  That is why I so thought my symptoms were related to the vistaril but the symptoms continued after I stopped the medication.  It just seems so weird to me and I never have loose stools so how did that happen and nightsweats. What elses could it be related just anxiety or something else?

At first I thought my symptoms were coming from the medication but thatn  stopped the medication and still had the symptoms.  I undewrstand some of my symptoms can be related to anxiety but some of them don't seem to line up with anxiety.  Sores in mouth or genitals and white tongue. I just so happen to have loose stools and night sweats about a week and a half after this encounter.

The CDC is a government agency and by it's nature has to be very conservative when speaking about matters of public health. The have to report everything and anything.

It takes a lot of time to convince the CDC of something. It took several years and I am sure plenty of money for the CDC to change the testing times form 6 months to 3 months.
They has situations where people say they got HIV from just oral sex. I believe just about everytime it has been proven that they did engage in riskier behavior. But think about it, most people are ashamed at what they do from time to time so they will lie.

Saliva has proteins and enzymes which renders HIV inactive so that is why it is not risk.

You seem to know alot about the virus how is that?  Why does the CDC say that it can be transmitted orally and through precum also.  THey say there are situations where people have contracted this way.

You never had a risk of contracting HIV in the situation you've provided.

My symptoms just seem so strange to me.  I have never experienced these types of things.  Some I can link to anxiety and others I can't.
