Risk from unprotected oral and fingering with cut, alone sore throat?

I am 28 year old uncircumcised male, I had a first sexual experience on Jan. 2nd, I received unprotected oral sex for about 15 minutes from a woman I met her online. I fingered her for about 10 minutes, after fingering I noticed a small cut on my finger which I used for fingering. The cut was fresh (I could see a red layer), it wasn’t bleeding but when I pressed one drop of blood came out of it. I guess it is kind of paper cut, a swab was formed on it after 2 days.

After this experience, after passing 8 weeks I had a sore throat (not severe but great discomfort) only on left side and muscle ache in left leg and  its still there (9 weeks 4 days).
1. Is it possible to catch HIV from above mentioned exposures?
2. Is it possible to have ARS symptoms after 8 weeks?

I am really worried and not able to focus on anything. I am going to test at week 12.

Please reply. Even Yes/No reply will be also helpful.

Nothing that you have mentioned here puts you at a risk for HIV contraction.

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV transmission.

Infected fluid in contact with cuts, wounds, abrasions etc is not a risk for HIV transmission because of 2 important reasons:

1. The virus is rendered uninfectious the moment it interferes with external environment.

2. There is no route for the infected fluid to reach out to the cells that is required for the virus to fuse with.

Since you didn't have a risk, your symptoms are not related to HIV ARS, I strongly feel those are classic anxiety symptoms due to excessive reading about HIV on your phone and obsessively relating it to your own self.

Quit reading about HIV online, accept that you are okay and have nothing to worry. You don't need to test.

Dear Mike,

Thank you very much for responding.
I agree that I am super anxious about risk and reading excessively online to relax myself but getting trapped into worries.
The sore throat has been a real thing which is forcing me to worry.

My finger was inside vagina for all the time while fingering. I didn’t take it off thus the fluid wasn’t exposed to outside environment. Do you still stick with your opinion?
I am sorry for excessive comment. Yes or No answer will be sufficient.

Thank you in advance.
