Risk of HIV from docking with an HIV+ person with chlamydia?
One month ago, I had just tested negative on my std panel for all stds including HIV.
The day after, I met a guy on grinder and he and I are both uncut. He docked me, so my penis was covered by his foreskin, and after doing this for 20 minutes, he ejaculated and the cum went directly into my urethra. I was shocked, so immediately recoiled, and he was still cumming, and shot another load (not drops, but a solid load) right in my eyes, hair, and chest.

There is "no extremely low risk" - you have latched onto that idea but no one here has said anything like that, so you need to switch to no risk when you think about your encounter.
Stated alternatively, that which is dead cannot live again so forget about the dead hiv in the semen, and go back to your happy life instead or thinking the dead hiv can somehow interact with the live std viruses and become alive again.

I'm going to agree with anxiousnomore. This isn't a risk because it is not an air tight situation. There is no way for docking to be airtight. If you doubt our advice on that, talk to your own doctor. Even an unprotected vaginal or anal sex has a less than a 1 percent chance of transmission so you are working yourself up here. And no one gets HIV from semen in the eye. So, focus on what are risks, having unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles. You didn't have a true risk. And obviously, frottage as yo describe in your last post is also not a risk.

I understand what both of you are saying, and am SO relieved to hear that, but wouldn't the fact that he has chlamydia increase his infectivity, despite the extremely low-to nonexistent risk I have?
One of you would have had to have HIV for that to matter AND have a risk. Don't create scenarios. You didn't have a risk. If you doubt this advice, speak to your own doctor.
That's exactly my point here. He got tested the day after our encounter, and was told he does have HIV and chlamydia. I'm not doubting your advice, Im just trying to clarify my risk knowing that he has HIV and Chlamydia. I don't have insurance so I don't have my own doctor yet.
You are glossing over the statement that you had no risk. See your doctor for confirmation but with your apparent panicky tone, he will likely test you to help you calm yourself down. You aren't going to get HIV the way you describe.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air (cum). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.

The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life. The patient IS positive, not 'maybe' AND he has chlamydia. As he wasn't aware of the HIV or the STD, his infectivity has definitively increased.

You can test with a duo after 28 days for a conclusive result if they think there is a risk, so try to relax until then by not thinking about it. Keep in mind that any air exposure makes hiv dead so if it is dead virus then it can't be turned into a risk due to presence of an std.
