Risk of HIV

I am married with kids and have recently visited a transgender. We both did oral sex unprotected for no longer that 1 minute and I spat my saliva afterwards on the bed. We that had sex protected, condom was good condition at finish, I noticed blood afterwards. What is the risks of STI, the next day I felt sick/flu like symptoms and that passed that next day
I am worried I got something or is it to soon to show symptoms. I noticed that the symptoms can all so be anxiety and possibly due to the guilt and shame and working myself up

I do get anxiety and always think the worst but never like this and never flu like symptoms hence why I ask the question and help

What are the risk of STI
What is the earliest I can get tested

Thanks

You do not describe any risk for HIV.  As this is the HIV forum, that's the only portion I'll answer here. The only risks for HIV include having unprotected and penetrating vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles.  Therefore, your encounter posted no risk for HIV.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  You do not need to take an HIV test.
