Risk of contracting HIV from external vaginal fluids in the condom

Hello,

I went to a strip club and had sex with a stripper using a condom. There were no leaks or any visible damage in the condom. Since I had never done this before, I was not sure if it would be wise to just take the condom off and risk secretions from the outside of the condom getting in my penis head. And I knew there would be no way to shower immediately after. So after we wore done (I came outside of her, with the condom on), I kept it on and decided I would remove the condom in the restroom. Since I was still concerned that I wouldn't be able to immediately shower, I decided to keep it on until I got home and get a shower immediately after removing it. So I grabbed some paper towels and got them wet and pour soap on it, and rubbed that all over my penis and condom (condom still on). Penis still fairly erect. Condom still tightly in place

I left right away and while driving home I realized the condom was going to fall off after my erection started to subside. So first I rubbed purell (alcohol/hand sanitizer) gel on my penis with the condom on, all over the penis and condom, and then removed the condom. Immediately after removing it I grabbed some more purell and rubbed all over my penis a couple of times (alcohol fell painful and hot for a minute).

Now, after all that, I realized that the condom touched my underwear, and after removing it , my penis obviously touched the underwear.

Is the chance of transmission here pretty much zero? I wonder if there could be some HIV in the underwear (from touching the outside of the condom) and then that could have come in contact with my penis head after I removed the condom, rubbed alcohol, etc. I didn't rub alcohol in my underwear. I removed the condom about 15 minutes after penetration. I am also uncircumcised.

Thank you for your help.
