Risk of exposure to HIV

My exposure was as follows;

About 16days back in MALAYSIA, i received protected oral sex from a sex worker and she also offered to lick her breasts for 1 to 2 minutes..

Next day of this encounter, i developed a sore throat but the itching feeling went away next day.. But i still have lightly swollen tonsils and a feeling of I need to clear the throat. No fever, diarrhea or rash  though.. Now I feel lymph nodes in every part of my body is swollen..I have lost my appetite completely due the fear of contracting hiv..

Please advice.
