Hi i am wondering if one has vaginal sex with a person who turned the penis into a vagina,in terms of hiv risk
1. Does it considered this as vaginal or anal sex?
2. Does usuage of condom prevent hiv risk?

The risks do not change for HIV. Do not have unprotected vaginal sex, unprotected anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs and you will never have to worry about HIV. Condoms always prevent hiv.
