hello i m 20 year old guy from india around 4 months back i had regular unprotected sex with a girl...yesterday we had hiv test by tridot method which came negative of mine....but that girls result was positive....can i trust the report...is tridot method is good hiv test? or should i go for another test? plss help me i cant concentrate on my studies because of this

yes...you can trust your negative result...you don't have hiv.
as far as the girl's positive result...it is possible that she threw out a false positive. all positive test results have to be confirmed by a western blot.
