Is my HIV test 100% conclusive despite numerous symptoms?

I'm afraid a needle was reused during a visit to a phlebotomist on March 10....He moved pretty fast and I didn't see him open a new pack. Anyhow, after five or six weeks I started to experience different symptoms such as weight loss(12kg), headaches(tension or cluster), body aches(still with me),   eye pain, stye on eyes, rash on butt, inner tights , muscle lip twitching, pea-like swollen lymph nodes over body, etc..I currently have diarrhea for the past two weeks (only once or twice a day). My 8 months baby is always getting weird rashes on her skin, vomit and diarrhea.   I have tested at 11weeks, 15 weeks, 18 weeks, 6 months, 7 months and 8 months after the potential exposure  using the Alere Determine hiv 1/2 antibody test. At 8 months I did a 4th generation Elisa test, which was sent overseas to quest diagnostics. I recently did a finger prick Alere determine hub 1\2 test.....all test negative. What has me worried is that i did a toxoplasma igg and it came back 52 H and all my hepatitis test was negative...I read on the internet that toxoplasma is mainly associated with hiv patients so I started to freak out 1. Should I keep testing because of my persistent symptoms? 2. Should I get a pcr rna test done? 3. Is my test 100% conclusive or am i a late seroconverter who needs to test out of a year or two?

You've way over tested and proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that you 100% do not have HIV. It's not possible to be HIV positive and continuously test negative if your symptoms are true HIV. The fact that you're having symptoms and keep testing negative is definitely proof that you do NOT have HIV.
