Rubbing my penis on a vagina

Hi

I met a girl and we went to my bedroom and I rubbed my penis on her vagina but there was no penetration.
Also she gave me a blowjob and I fingered her.
After I fingered her, I touched my penis with the same fingers.

Is one of these things a risk for hiv?

I am very scared.

The only ways HIV is spread are:
-Unprotected anal/vaginal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.

You didn't do any of them, so there was no risk. Rubbing and fingering are not risks.

All the best.

So I do not have to do a test?
I am 100% safe?
Or do I need a test?
I am sorry I ask this but this is my last question.
There is no purpose in testing for a disease that you CANNOT have.
I am sorry but I still can't forget about this.
So I absolutely don't need to test?
I am absolutely safe?
I am sorry I ask this but I still can't find peace in my mind.
Instead of asking the same question 3 times you should read the responses offered to you again very carefully.

You can't find peace because you are obsessing, we can't help you with that, only you or a therapist can help yourself with that and this is not a forum that deals with mental issues. This is an HIV forum, you don't have a concern specific to this forum.

I am going to a therapist but can you please answer these questions very clearly:

1) I am absolutely safe? I did not make a risk at all?
2) I don't need to test?

If you answer these questions very clearly, I can forget about it/ I can get it out of my mind.
You have been fully advised that you did not have a risk for HIV and do not need to test.  There is nothing more for our members to say about your no-risk event.
