Hi Doc - A couple of days back i had a sexual encounter with a prostitute and this was the scenario.
She was rubbing her vagina over my penis and i was wearing a shorts without any protection, we never had penetrative sex and i ejaculated on my shorts. I am unsure if any of her vaginal secretions did happen to reach my pants. I did not change my pants for the next hour or so. Do you thing given the above scenario i should be worried of HIV transmission.

Consult your doctor but it is not caused by HIV.
HIV is not airborne and it does not sneak around and infect in mysterious ways.
It is an extremely fragile virus and requires specific conditions to infect. Your encounter with the prostitute cannot possibly lead to infection.

Thanks a lot ... can i get a more specific answer ... i have huge pain around my neck and i feel like shivering sensation during the day ... Do you think that the vaginal secretions might be able to travel to inside my penile opening and then inside.
