STD or Flu?

I had oral sex about a week and a half ago. She gave oral sex, and I returned the favor. A few days later, my throat is sore, I have nasal congestion, and I had an upset stomach a few days ago before I took some medicine. She claims she doesn’t have STD’s, but I’m not sure. What do you think? Note: This is the only time I have or received oral sex.

You had no HIV risk and a test would be a waste of time.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV.

So where would your say the symptoms are coming from?
This isn't your first cold and won't be your last. Obviously someone coughed on your lips or a door knob and it has happened and it will happen many more times in your life.
One last question: What do you think a yellow or orange tongue is related to in terms of STD’s or in this case?
I just asked this because this and the sore throat has been freaking me out, and I will submit for a test pretty soon.
You must be aware there are other diseases besides HIV, and since you can't have HIV, you need to talk to your doctor instead of going in a circle blaming every ailment on HIV. Or in your girlfriend's case on the std forum you diagnosed her with an std purely because she said she was fatigued during her period - additionally to the fact that there are more diseases than the HIV and std ones you are willing to look at,  her claim of being fatigued doesn't mean she actually was and in fact fatigue could just be in her head.
You don't have any medical training and it is unscientific for you to fear HIV which you can't have then notice what you think is an HIV symptom, then conclude that you have HIV. A therapist is probably your best option so you don't continue to waste your life trying to diagnose disease unscientifically.
