Prolonged anxiety

Hello community
First i would like to congratulate for your great work you 've done on this site.
Here comes my story.
Three months ago, at the end of July i had a risky experience while cruising with a guy of unknown status. Even i did used a condom, by mistaken use, the experience came out risky.
33 days later i had a 4th generation test which turned out negative. Reading though the post i found a thing of controversy if the test is conclusive after 28days mark until 6 weeks. Am i right?
Besides, August i experienced ars symptoms and after i found high transaminases with no indication of hepatitis according to further testing.
These 3 months i feel sick. I have multiple herpes genital outbursts, white and hairy tongue and today i diagnosed with blepharitis. Forgot to mention my labret piercing which stays infected for a long period even the care.
I had spent much money on doctors and exams. This is an unpleasant experience.
Im sick and tired of all this stuff.
- with this 33 4th generation test could i go on with my life or i should consider of repeating the exam. To tell the truth im terrifying considering this prospect. To Repeat the exam and to wait for a possible positive result.

If you used a condom properly there was no risky experience, so you can't have HIV. Why do you think there was a risk?

Because condom slipped off. Yes my urethra was protected, but i think not my rest of penis head. And i found out this condom failure after loosing the erection and show the condom stucked on head from where the other guy fold it back. The condom was "gathered"
Only the urethra needs protection and if you lost your erection that is likely when it slipped (in which case you wouldn't be penetrating which is needed to create a risk) so I doubt you had any risk.
Your negative HIV test was conclusive so it will be abnormal to test again.
Your symptoms can't prove anything, because anyone who doesn't have HIV can get them. For instance anyone with herpes can have multiple outbreaks - it doesn't follow any pattern. Continue working with your doctors if concerned about your health and liver, but it isn't an HIV issue.
Thank you very much. I also doubt if i penetrated at all but im not sure and i don't think this could be a possibility game. I mean i may enter my head for some seconds on him anus. That's why im worrying.
So you say its conclusive my test regardless potential risk?
I read many many posts, even those answered by docs long ago and i didn't found a clear answer whether or not the test at 33 days for example is as conclusive as 28days.
Im really mess with doctor and exams. Is also an expressive procedure and with no clear result of what am suffering or not. Thats why im seeking your help people.
I listed 2 reasons you don't have HIV, so  it is time to move on from that fear. If you are still worried, consider  a therapist or your doctor to try to resolve your anxiety.
Thann you very much! God bless you. You are doing great thing by helping us
