Save me please!

Everyone I'm going to collapse. Please help me! I'm a heterosexual man, but when I drank in the bar, I met a gay man. I lay on the sofa of the bar. He stroked my penis with his hand, but I didn't resist. I don't even know if he has body fluids in his hand! Then he grabbed my hand and jerked off for him, and finally he shot in my hand. My fingers are full of his semen. I'm so crazy! I felt very exciting at that time, but I didn't know what risk I put myself at! What should I do? Should I test it? I browsed many websites and told me that masturbating with each other is a low-risk or even risk-free behavior. But some said it was possible. Are there any cases of infection in this way?

You don't need anyone to save you.  You were not at risk for anything at all.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of, including the ones that you mentioned, that would put you at risk for HIV.

Yes you are right…One more question:Are the body fluids that leave the body not contagious?
She already expressed related to HIV that transmission takes place inside the body. You do not express any risk with hand jobs, outside the body. Even fingering is not a risk as air is still present.

The only risks for HIV transmission are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles for injecting drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus making this NO risk.

That is to say, in any case, as long as you don't have unprotected penetration sex, you won't be infected, right? Have you never been infected in vitro before?
please read curfew's response. It should answer this question. Those are the ONLY risks.
