Scare again - protected sex but...

Is sex with condom 100% effective against hiv?  Why still there is a disclaimer? And how a condom can be 97% effective against pregnancy and we are to be 100% effective agianst hiv?

There is not a such thing as a high risk group. It's the risk, YOU take that makes your exposure a risk or not, not the person. Now move along.

Hey teak,
Im writing about new incident / questions.  Condom protected = safe sex regardless of condom type / material? I had condom place by a person from high risk group and was wondering my about my risks.  I see yourself promoting the use of latex condom.. Are any other type being manufactured i.e rubber and how do i know if i was protected by the right type in this case?

Disclaimer applies only when your CONDOM fails..If this 100% intact..it is 100% protective against HIV and getting PREGNANCY..

Yes, but there is still a disclaimer in condom.  Also you can get a woman pregnant with a condom (unlikely, but possible) but cant get hiv? It doesnt sound logical to me.

I don't know your sources of  information.. but if someone had used CONDOM properly..he/she is always SAFE from HIV..HIV can't passthrough latex condom wall.. CONDOM is 100% EFFECTIVE to provide protection against HIV.
