I made a mistake and received oral sex from a woman I did not know also protected sex for 45 seconds stopped because feeling of guilt I also began to perform oral on her for like a few seconds, a month later have come down with what seems like a cold or flu stuffy nose cough I worry all day long does this seem like high risk for hiv, thank you for taking time to reply

Cunnilingus or performing oral sex on her does not put you at HIV risk. Your symptoms indicate some common infection, not HIV. Relax and move on with your life, your risk never existed
