Scared more than ever.

I had post a question here 6 weeks ago.It was about my exposure with a sex worker unprotected oral, fingering, breast sucking and protected vaginal.I was told no risk I am from the Philippines. It made me calm because I can relate this with what happened with me. I read about a quarter of the total thread regarding this situation(key words that I use:oral+sex+finger+vaginal+fluid+protected+sex+doctor) It makes me calm everyday unit I read this:

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/possible-Hiv-infection/show/256213

I was so bothered by this.I am from asia, at 1st I taught that I have notting to worry about. Please anybody can explain?thank you

I was just wondering what does the Doctor meant by:

So the likelihood a CSW in Tanzania, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, etc, etc has HIV is very high.  Further, most such persons cannot affort antiviral therapy, so they have high viral loads and likely are highly infectious.

There are plenty of exceptions to all these comments, both in industrialized and developing countries.  For example, owing to intensive and highly successful education programs in Thailand, the rate of HIV in Thai CSWs is low (much different than 10-15 years ago). But travelers to Africa, the Indian subcontinent, most of Asia, and most developing countries should think twice (or 3 or 4 times!) before having commercial sex

The man received unprotected oral and protected vaginal so it has to be no risk from all what I have read here and also doctors advices here.
