Scared of having HIV

Hi, Im so scared if I caught HIV, the guy very confidently says to relax and that he doesn't have anything but still Im freaking out
We kiss (he didn't go full mouth or tongue just kissing, idk why that kinda bothers me)
Also I preformed oral on him for like 3 minutes (only 1/3 of him in my mouth no deep or anything) . Since then my face has been burning up, and the next 2 days since the date I had a runny nose it was kinda cold
Since he didn't finish, and there's a chance I got Hiv from the precum, is it possible I didn't feel it on my tongue/ mouth?
Im freaking out and its day 17 since then. I don't know how I will handle it for the next 3 months to take a test. Any advice?

you can relax as HIV is not transmitted by oral sex. even if for some reason you want to test, a 4th gen duo test is conclusive at 28 days. it would be a waste of time though because you're zero risk.

Why does everyone on this site say it can't be transmitted through oral and still on other sites it says it can be but the chances are small. What's true and what's not? Freaking out over here
Sorry for the rant
Some sites are more conservative than others.  It is largely a theoretical risk, and even if a risk, is statistically insignificant.  Say you had 1/1000th of a percent risk - well, you have that level of risk for just about anything in the world, including death from a vending machine.  It's not statistically significant and no qualified HIV doctor recommends testing after an oral event.

"Freaking out" after an oral event is completely unwarranted.   If you're having trouble getting past this and accepting that you didn't have a risk, and don't need testing, please see a counselor.  There's no reason to live with this level of anxiety.
i say it because it can't be transmitted through oral. it would be the same as me saying you, in 2 days from now, fall down a flight of stairs, land on a lady who is celebrating her 97th birthday, she does three back flips before falling down, and lands on toothpicks in both eyes. and her first name is Sally-Sue. I'd say both you getting HIV from oral and my scenario have an equal chance they would happen.
