Scratches from electric clipper barber shop

Hi there, thanks for helping
I read your many forms  regarding "barber shop electric clipper. "They all states that there is no risk for hiv transmission from electric clipper scratches . Is that true ?
I am sexually inactive from more than six month. I recently went to barber shop for hair cut. At there she use electric clipper to cut end hair to shape it nicely. But she use electric clipper so roughly, which leads me red bruises at back of my neck. I got hiv negative test result after 2 week of barber shop incident. Can you please tell me do I need another test ( scratches from barber clipper,). I am sure she didnot clean it after another customer. The difference between  that electric clipper use on me was 3 minutes ( minimum). I am sexually inactive and do not have any other risk activity .
I actually had mild fever just 3 week after this incident which go away in one day .
Is this fever is related to HIV ?

Do I really need to worry for HIV? (On based on barber shop incident ) please reply
Thanks
Best regards

Not an HIV concern and you don't need testing.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
