Scrotum Sucking - What's the risk? Please, help!

Hello, first, sorry for my bad english.

At approximately 17 days, I did oral sex on a man (really just sucked his testicles), I've never seen in my life, the only thing I know is that he's chemically dependent. I leaned your testicles in my mouth for about five seconds, and was so nervous I did not realize he had cuts or anything wrong in your scrotum skin. My questions are:

1º What are the chances I have contracted HIV sucking this man's testicles? And if he had some small cracks in the skin, what are the risks?

2º What are the risks for other STDs? Like herpes for exemple.

Please help me, I can not sleep right, just cry every day, I have no more desire to do anything! Just wanted to go back and stop this, but unfortunately I can not! I learned that I appreciate more my life, but I'm afraid it is too late.

sucking testicles is in NO WAY a risk for contracting hiv...testing is not needed.
