Seeking for truth

I recently had unprotected sex with an hiv positive gay man. He was diagnosed a year ago and says his viral load is undetectable. I was the receiver and he did not ejaculate. I am still worried about precum and I'm not sure what else to do. I tried seeking the pep option but my window closed. How can I know my status? Does his undetectable status lessen the risk?

Yes, but just because they have an undetectable viral load does not mean the have an undetectable semen viral load.
