SCARED OF HIV

Hello everyone …!!! Exactly 16 days ago I met this girl in London and I finger her for 1-2 min …the next day I got worried for hiv and since then I had 2 pcr rna qualitive test one in 5th day after exposure and the second one on 10 day both negative but still can’t move on as everyone says window period is 45 days ik UK ….please let me know if I’m at risk or should I move on

You were fully advised that you weren't at risk from fingering.  There isn't anything additional our members can say about this no-risk event.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You were never at risk for HIV and there was no reason to test.

I’m scared because on top of the hand I had a deep cut with knife which was 5-7 days before I finger this girl
It doesn't matter how scared you are - you had zero risk for HIV.  Please see a doctor about your irrational level of anxiety over this non-risk event.  
Even with the wound I have 1 week prior that ?
