Seroconversion after 9 weeks

A very high risk exposure 10 weeks ago. Dizzy, sore throats for 9 weeks. Worst I've felt in my life for 4 weeks, rash over body for weeks, pins and needles persistently. In the last 10 weeks I have had like 3 days where I felt normal. My concern is ARS at week 8 to 10 as today I feel a lot better. Negative UK hospital duo at 30 days. Negative rapid at 7 weeks. Negative, better to know duo at 9 weeks. Any thoughts as I know where my thoughts 100% lie

Your DUO tests are conclusive and prove that you do not have HIV.  ARS doesn't present that late, and again, your negative tests prove you don't have HIV.  Whatever is causing your symptoms is unrelated.
