Worried of HIV exposure

Hello doctor,

I recently gave a ******* to one of my friends without a condom. He gets tested for HIV/AIDS every three months for the past year or so, always being negative. He didn't ejaculate in my mouth although he did have pre-seminal fluid.
Also I don't have any cuts in my mouth, just maybe a little irritation on my tongue.
Should I be worried and get an HIV exam?

Thank you.
