Should I get tested after having precum on an open blister?

Dear experts,

Please help me out understand if what I experienced put me in risk of catching hiv and if I should get tested, it all might sound stupid but it's been making me worry.

I met up with with another guy who's hiv status is unknown, we mutually masturbated and there was precum involved (he had a lot of it).

I realized I had a day old blister on my hand from working out which was open, no blood but a little sore and pink (live skin was showing).
I am sure I got his precum on it while we were masturbating.

Also, he began licking my *** and for a moment I felt his penis close to my ***, was wondering if somehow precum got in contact with the anus and if that's the case I believe it's dangerous?

What to do?
Thank you for your help and opinion

You had no risk so a test would be a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so because you didn't do any of the 3, then no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
