You don't need any further tests - you are conclusively HIV-negative. Paranoid thoughts about needles are not rational, and we cannot address these anxiety-driven thoughts. However, HIV is transmitted by intravenous needles when the needle is pushing fluids INTO your body. A blood draw is taking fluid out of your body.
You don't have HIV. You should stop testing, and if you can't get past the worries, please see a counselor to help you move forward.
