Single swollen lymph node and HIV ARS
I did a rapid test for HIV in April 2019 and it was negative. However, I have had both receptive and insertive oral sex with multiple men in the last 3 months, without any ejaculation. Yesterday, I noticed a swollen lymph node in my neck, right under my left jaw. It is swollen and painful. I have no other ARS symptoms. Can a single swollen lymph node be a symptom of HIV ARS/serconversion?
you had no risk to begin with, oral is not a risk, your swollen gland has nothing to do with hiv. I have swollen glands too but I'm hiv negative.

I took a course of ciprofloxacin 500 for 5 days (twice a day) upon my doctor's advice. The swelling has not reduced and I have not gone back to the doctor. Another node below the ear started to swell today, and is warm and beginning to enlarge. No other symptoms other than two swollen lymph nodes.

2. I was wondering if rimming and watersports, including ingestion of urine can change your risk evaluation?

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is protected and there is zero risk
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is protected and there is zero risk.
3. sharing hollow needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Because of all the research statistics, doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.

Well then, reread all the advice and move on from hiv if you can. Otherwise see a therapist because your problem is not disease, it is fear of disease so that might be easy to treat since you don't fear any other diseases that you can actually get like E Coli.

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV transmission. There have been numerous studies done lately to back this up, presence of saliva inhibits the virus, also when infected fluid is ingested, the gastric acid in the stomach will inhibit the virus.
Swollen node could be due to numerous factors, also your own diagnosis of a swolen node is irrelevant, see a doctor for your concern, you never had a risk and HIV is not your problem.

Same advice as before applies now as when you asked last time about oral and your self diagnosed "lymph issue", since the science can't change. You have 34 posts and likely know by now that there is zero risk from oral which many threads on this forum have explained to people inquiring.
It is doubtful that you know what your lymph does, so should stop poking and irritating it, then claiming in error that you have discovered hiv. And you can see a doc for a real diagnosis if the problem goes beyond your self irritating it.

Thank you for your response. The 34 questions also include previous concerns related to PEP, Alopecia, prostatitis and certain skin conditions.
I’m not poking the node but it’s still painful and that’s what made me write to you. It’s now the size of a cherry. I feel healthy otherwise. Although I did sweat a bit while I was asleep, and it’s not hot where I live.
I have finally come to believe that oral sex is negligible risk and that’s why I engage in it so often. Earlier, I used to avoid that as well. I do see my current approach towards blowjobs pragmatic because I normally don’t freak out after giving (without ejaculation) or receiving BJs like before. However, this swollen lymph node has triggered my suspicions again.

The first step to resolving your anxiety is to stop interchanging the words no risk with negligible as if they meant the same thing. Obviously they don't.

I did a CMIA test on August 2nd, which tests for both antigen and antibodies. It was non-reactive. Thanks!
I don't think there's any thing to surprise. You never had a risk. It was only you that focused on symptoms with out looking at the logic of never being at risk.
