So only 99% of people diagnosed are within the six months so when will it be conclusive?

I have tested negative after 7 and a half months, but it says on some websites only 99 percent of people will produce atibodies within 6 months so if 46000 are diagnosed each year there are still 460 people that will take longer so when am i going to be sure i do not have HIV.....i have been having a lot of panic anxiety attacks due to this and sometimes can not tell if the axiety is syptoms or just stress....please give me feedback???
