Some symptoms after oral sex

Hello.
First excuse me for my bad language because I am not a antive speaker.
I received and gave oral sex to a woman in message service.I gave her oral sex about 10 second because I though that's a risky act. And I searched on Google for that act in that moment to rest my mind but I found that gum disease increase my risk and my gums bleed sometimes. I stopped and forget to ask her for HIV testing.
After one week from exposition a monkey bit me in my leg so I took the first shot of anti rabies vaccination 30 minute after.
After 10 days from exposition I took the second shot of my vaccination
After 12 days I developed a sore throat
After 13 days I developed a swollen lymph node in my neck (right side)
After 14 days I took the third shot of my vaccination
After 15 days I developed a sligh fever (very slight) I took paracetamol and gone after 30 min
After 16 days (today) I remarked rash in the bottom of my neck but I think it's from shaving because is painful when I touch it.
Please doctor what should I do. Am I at risk?

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of is a risk for HIV, including the event you described.   There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

You do not need to test at all for HIV, since you were not at risk of contracting HIV.
