Sore throat - fever - rush

Hello everyone,
I have a sore throat with tonsil plugs for 3 days now, fever which lasted for one and a half day (it reached 39 Celcius) but now I have not. The most worrying part is that since yesterday I have swollen glands and an ithcy rush on the inner side of my wrists, forearms and arms, the inner side of my thighs and the upper part of my feet.
I had and unprotected oral encounter (both giving and receiving) and lots of body rubbing with the same man 8 days ago and about one month ago. I' ve read a thousand times at this forum that that it's not a risky behaviour (oral sex) but all these symptoms are a bit scary.
  1. Do you think that these symptoms are suspicious?
  2. I am thinking of taking an oral HIV test. Do you think it would be reliable and if I take it now when all these symptoms are still present it would be reliable? (possibly false negative or false positive)

Thank you in advance.

You've been coming here long enough to know that you never had any sort of exposure.
