Sore throat only symptom (possible ARS?)

Have you guys ever seen sore throat as the only ARS symptom for patients who were hiv diagnosed. And how often does this happen in the many cases you encounter?

I know symptoms are not enough to diagnose. Yet some statistics might help.

On day 10 after the exposure I caught this weird sore throat and now it's day 19 and it still won't go. Maybe today i feel a bit of improvement for first time, but still I can feel it is not correct. I don't trust my throat till it is fixed. I've never had a sore throat like that without sneezing or fever or cough combined.

By mistake they ran the Elisa test on me instead of the BDNA, and thanks God negative at day 24. Statistics wise it is too early...
I have a choice of BDNA (my physician said if it makes you comfortable you could take it, but I am freaking out, what if it turns positive and then you can't confirm it) or waiting a few more weeks. I'll think about that and try to calm down and forget about anything called swollen nodes even with the doctor confirming it. I will try to put symptoms behind (10 day sore throat and swollen neck nodes below jaw and behind neck), let's see where it goes.

I did my best to keep the condom on, but the person I chose did his best to remove it without me knowing. I remember the anal penetration at least the condom was on. Then oral and hand job using contaminated lube jar after were unprotected. It took me a few minutes to realize that.

I am not on any medications right now. I never was. All they told me 10 days back was to wait. Viruses can last 10 days. It's been 15 days. First 10 days(day 10->20) sore throat which cleared up, but then the swollen glands which won't go.
All I think about is it took me 24 years to put the seeds, which were supposed to blossom into a bright future, but in 24 minutes(the mistake of my life sleeping with someone who removes the condom from you without you knowing when you told them at beginning to always keep it on) I blew up 24 years. It is my bad life choices in my weakest moments.

I was told always use a condom, but I was not told who I sleep with is more important. My parents assumed I won't be sleeping except with my future wife, or maybe they thought it was obvious I would be wise about my choices. Never assume a condom is going to protect you. It will if it is always on and if it doesn't malfunction. It won't if the other person screws up with it. Choose your partners wisely. In a moment of weakness I never got to see that future. I chose a ts street sex worker. What are the chances of that persons having HIV? More than 90%.
I went through the hard work but when it was time for pay I blew it all... I hope not. I still am convincing my mind I could be hiv negative. God be with me and with everyone in need...

Swollen throat for 10 days goes away at day 20. The mystery is my swollen neck nodes. My doctor had no clear explanation for my swollen neck nodes(15 days swollen) and my blocking ear because of the swollen neck nodes. Yesterday, I did a bdna test on day 24. I hope the result is negative. I'm losing hope...

It's better to assume you are negative and wait (even though the wait kills), than be positive and suicidal.

One swollen lymph node (1/2 inch in diameter)  that I know about (under my right arm) with the sore throat still does not change your assessment correct?
It seems today my sore throat is kind of/almost clear after 9 days (this is day 19 after exposure).

Teak if after my 3 months test I turn out negative, you could ask me for anything (keep it reasonable :)).

Sore throat by itself is not ARS. If someone has ARS they have multiple symptoms all at once and they leave all at once. Had your condom failed you would have known without a doubt.

What I meant with condom break is it becomes so noticeable to the eye and I would definitely have realized that one I finish penetration.

Teak, so I take it from you that sore throat is not ARS related. Thanks for the reply. I better sleep or leave my place before I lose my mind surfing.

Last question for day, if lubrication wasn't enough and I was doing anal penetration, would the condom get slight holes and leak, or it should totally break if it were the case?
