Sore throat

I had a sore throat yesterday night and I couldnt even drink water. It is relieved today and I am eating and drinking normally. I didnt have any fever or any other symptom. Can this be ARS? Can ARS be this short and fast?

I know they are not an indicator. I just am worried by the sore throat. Can somebody plz answer my questions ?

Doctor HHH said symptom is not a reliable indicator for hiv so don't pay attention to it.
If you are concerned,take hiv test
