Sperm on cut risk

Hello, i am very concerned about a recent exposure i had two weeks ago. I am a man that had sex with a transgender. He gave me unprotected oral for less then a minute, and i did as well on him, but i did oral on him with condom. He then penetrated me with condom, and i penetrated him with condom. I gave him  a hand job and he ejacualated on part of my hand in which i had a small cut on my finger that was healing already but still tender, i dont know if it was all scab. My question is, i tested right the next day and came back negative, but was i ever at risk even if sperm landed on my cut? I asked if he was clean and he said he was and always uses protection but he was doing poppers while we had sex. I started to feel a little tingling towards the bottom of my neck on the trachea, could that be swollen lymph nodes? Please let me know my risk and should i retest. thanks

several reasons why you had no risk

#1...your cut was already healing...cuts heal from the inside out

#2...insignificant cuts just dont create a measureable risk

#3...once hiv is exposed to air it becomes inactive and unable to infect

you had NO risk !

You never had an exposure and don't need testing.
