Still Lymphadenitis

Hi,
My recent exposure was by july 27 and march 16,2010 of this year. both are protected vaginal and unprotected oral risk. but oflate, from first week of june,i have developed armpit pain on my left armpit and as advised by doctor took an MRI scan.it reveals i have multiple small discrete lymph nodes in my left armpit. even after taking cefixime and powergesic tables it does'nt go away. now the doctor prescribed me pregalba-m and ultracet.in blood test, my lymphocyte count was on the higher side[47%]. the doctor told not to worry about hiv, but i wonder wat will be the cause of lymphodenitis.people say even cold or allergy can cause lymphodenitis, but i hardly got one in all my years. this armpit pain is worrying me. i took hiv and vdrl test according to my knowledge.dont know what test to take..its been 4 months i m suffering from this armpit pain. please advise.
