Strange heat rash. HIV related????

Hi doc. About 8 months ago I had a very high risk sexual experience. After 6 weeks I had an hiv test done and it was -  I know that's a little to early but I did tell the doctor it was only about a month and he said they had tests for that now. I'm going to have another test done but I was wondering if what I am experiencing could be Hiv symptoms or just from anxiety. About 3 months ago my arms and face started to get red if I get hot, wear long sleeves or cross my arms for longer than a few minutes. If I wear glasses they make my nose and face get red where they rested and it'll last for 20-30 min sometimes ands some days I just seem to have a little redness to my cheeks that I'm sure I  never experienced before. Besides that I have had minor symptoms like a fatigue some days and some  brain fog but I know those could be the anxiety. I have also taken clonazepam for a while off and on for anxiety and now when I take that for a few days straight it makes it worse. Especially after a warm shower. I just was wondering is this type of rash common to someone with hiv. Like I said I'm going to be tested again just wanted to know what you guys thought about this rash.  It seems as long as I don't get to hot or my skin doesn't get rubbed or anything it doesn't come and when it does it normally goes away after 20-30 min. If you don't think its HIV related also then what might it be? Also another thing I had a mouth sore a little after the encounter but it'd been gone for a while and never came back. I just have also had times that I haven't felt well but once again I've been stressing a lot. I would  appreciate  your thoughts on this

I know but I am working on a boat at the moment and won't be home for a while. I'm just stressing out about it and was wondering if these symptoms were something I should be stressing about. Does  HIV rash manifest like a heat rash and easily irritable skin is all I was wanting to know
