I'm searching numerous places around the internet trying to find a straight forward answer to when it is acceptable to accept a negative result and move on scientifically?

Your question has been fully answered by our members that you had no risks.

I read your post on the std forum and are you again asking about the same exposure you were advised on there?  You received answers there and am not sure why you are asking again.  A hand job with a condom is not a risk for HIV.  HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  The best thing to do at this point is to work with a doctor on your anxiety and OCD you say you have.  This is not an HIV concern.

I'm just confused about all the misinformation we see on the net. And also, a lot of this posts about STD risks and HIV are from 10 years ago+ so I ask these questions to get a current answer.

I'm under the impressions that handjobs are of no risk, still I can't get over the anxiety without a negative result and I'm looking for an answer of when to perform this result and move on. I've read the 3+ months isn't needed now with advances in testing.

I apologise for my attitude and ranting.
I don't mean to offend anyone.

I have made big mistakes and am now dealing with the mental consequences. And I can deal with that, what I can't deal with is the idea of putting my partner at risk of ANY STD or HIV as she is an angel.

Once results are in, whenever that may be I will be considering breaking up with her as she deserves much better, but that's a conversation for another forum.

Well, you had more than one person just yesterday telling you it wasn't a risk. You need to move on as you have been answered fully at this point that hand jobs are not a risk for HIV.  Period.  That won't change.
Your anxiety does not, by the way, turn a NO RISK situation into a risk. You need to work on the mental health aspect of this.
I totally understand where you're coming from.
I'm had numerous people tell me no risk.
This forum and plenty of hotline phone calls.

So you're under the impression that HIV cannot be passed on unless sex without condom, anal sex or IV use?
I know nothing is 100%, the sun might not rise tomorrow but even with the statistics you guys have research, even with a condom HIV hasn't been passed on?
I asked the last question because I have had sex, numerous times with escorts cheap and expensive in the past, but ALWAYS have been protected.

Most recently 5 handjobs, some protected and some unprotected. Some massages with happy ending, some just handjob. I'm under the belief I haven't had sex with anyone except my partner since my last STD check (and since we got together).

I'm just curious as to whether or not 23 days it a good indicator with 4th Gen or not? Whether this is a conclusive result? Regardless of my exposure. All week long I have been feeling pains. However I'm trying to convince myself that this was because of a larger dose of oxycodone I took to try and escape my reality.
And my pains I mean, week long burning in urethra, mild redness on head of penis (more noticeable after showers), rash like feelings without the physical symptons of a rash, cold head of penis, tingle in testicles, uncomfortable feeling on testicle skin and sharp pains here and there down stairs. However no blood, no discharge, no visible rashes etc.

I hate myself as my partner and I hadn't seen each other for a week and we had unprotected sex a couple of nights ago.
