Swollen Painless Lymph Nodes

I have had noticeable swollen lymph nodes in my neck for the last 1-3 days.  I noticed last week that I had what felt like the onset of a cold ... sore throat, runny nose, etc.  All of those symptoms have subsided, except I have chronic dry mouth and huge lymph nodes.  Could this be a sign of HIV?!  I was tested for all STDs and HIV in May and was clean, but I recently started having unprotected sex with an uncircumcised Brazilian male.  I heard that uncircumcised males can carry HIV easier than those that are circumcised, which is why I mention this fact.  Our first encounter was approximately 2 weeks ago, and I've seen him twice more since then.  We had oral and vaginal sex.  Help!
