Symptoms and Testing

Hi,
The rash that some people develop after 6 weeks, could they appear as a single red bump on the neck or are they usually more wide spead over the body?
I heard some people develop white flaky skin, again is this a wide spread thing over the body or localized?
When you do testing at 6 weeks and have a negitive result, what are the percentages of a positive test at 3 months?

Thank you!

ARS rash is not bumps and if one was to have ARS it comes 2-4 weeks post exposure and lasts 1-2 weeks. HIV does not cause white flaky dry skin.

If the rash is a symptom of HIV it will usually come earlier than 6th week and I don't think it's a single red bump. The test at 6th week, they say is 98 % conclusive, at 3 months 100 %.
