Symptoms and hiv transmission

On january 20th i travelled in a bus and the seat is quite dusty so i tried to clean with my hand after that i saw a small scratch like line on palm and its even possible that i got a prick with needle if present  as i heard that some people are placing hiv needles in bus seats ,theatre seats ..so i searched that whether
any sharp or needle is there but i didnt find any i think that the needle could be hidden inside seat...can hiv transmit this way.. After 3weeks im having rashes on chest area and mild fever ... Im at end point quite worried unable to think of anything ... Is testing warranted

No one put a needle in your bus seat and you would have to inject from any needle into yourself to get a risk anyway. You didn't get injected so you need to move on from HIV fears. Maybe you should see a therapist about this paranoid fear of a needle in a bus.
There are 1,000 ways to get a rash so see doc instead of trying to be an hiv doc.

whether a scratch(with no blood bleeding )with hiv discarded needle pose a risk of transmission or noy ? I want to drive away my fear only your answer would do that
Your fears are irrational. If you are always worried about things that are unreal and they bother you to this extend, you must seek help.

There was no HIV concern for you.
