Lingering symptoms after oral sex - help?

A year ago I had an encounter with a massage parlour woman in Dubai. I was there on business and went there with a buddy to get a "massage". After i flipped over she kissed me three times at the base of my penis and then performed oral sex on me - with a condom on. About a month later i had very severe flu - like symptoms - muscle aches, naseau but really no fever or swollen lymph glands. I also started to have severe inching in my genital area - but no lesions or sores etc. I had some blood tests done then which revealed nothing. I was hesitant to have an HIV test because they kick you out of those countries if you have it. Over the last year i have had lasting symptoms - they just have not gone away. Nausea and sore muscles have been the worst. And starting three months ago i began experiencing severe arthritic pain in my hands, then knees and pain on the soles of my feet. I also have a feeling of being sunburnt on my face almost every day. Blood tests have revealed nothing - no hepatitis, - i have not been tested for HIV or herpes. What do you think the lingering symptoms indicate. I have read all of the replies about the risks of contracting HIV from oral sex so it sounds like HIV is not a real possibility - or is it? Could it be herpes - the lingering symptoms? Of course  i still feel very guilty about this one time encounter and feel ashamed that I betrayed my partner. thanks for your advice

Symtoms don't mean anything. I had them all and I am HIV negative. Here is the link to the government website. Take what you want to keep from your reading.
