Symptoms question

Hello,
I had a low risk exposure to HIV.

6 weeks after, I came down with cold/flu symptoms. It is flu season and cold/flu is highly contagious. However, what makes me worry it is perhaps ARS (not contagious) rather than a cold or flu is that a girl I have just started seeing, I had kissed her a lot while I was not feeling well and she did not catch a cold or flu from me. Frankly now this is terrifying me.

The risk is vaginal fluids getting on the inside of my condom which I then put on, which I read here on the pay forum is a slight risk .

I also had another cold/flu 6 weeks before this also.

While I know the risk is low, what worries me is that if the symptoms after 6 weeks were not ARS and were just cold/flu how come the girl I was kissing did not catch a cold/flu from me

Thanks. Stupid question, is it normal then if it was a cold/flu that she didn't catch it from kissing me when I had it?

are you really trying to determine your status by the fact that a girl didn't catch your cold?????

Thanks for your responses. Me aside, I am wondering if what she has (pain in the neck since Sunday, 1 day had a headache) sounds like ARS generally

I just spoke with her there. She has never had neck pain like this in her life

You did not have an exposure and her neck pain has nothing to do with HIV.
