Symptoms

Would ARS symptoms at 7 and 8th week be too late for ARS.
Or would it make sense if you got ARS symptoms on the 6th week they could last into the 7/8th week?

Thanks

Correct that would be non-suggestive of ARS.

So if i had symptoms on week 6 -such as small glands in throat, then week 7 had swollen gland in one side of groin, then week 8 had sore throat with tender nodes....(no other symptoms) ...would this be non-suggestive of ARS?

Yes symptoms if one has them at all, start within a certain time frame. 2-4 post exposure.

Im just following up on what i have been reading on this forum, and just trying to learn more about HIV.

There are lots of posters who have 'symptoms' that either are sequential, i.e. one after another, or have symptoms that start quite late.

Is it common knowledge in the medical field that ARS symptoms start within a certain timeframe?

So far, i have gathered from this forum that is it within 2-4 weeks. But i dont know where poeple have been getting this I dont want to google for the answer as i know there are many conflicting 'facts' out there.
