Teak And Other PLease read and comment

I have read your boards for the last three months and respect your opinions and it is the only forum I have found that gives real info. With people who have exp in this subject.  I called a NJ aids hot line to talk to them and ask about my exposure risk and by the end of the conversation they even told me that kissing has spead hiv. If thats true I guess we are all infected. Here is my risks.  in the last 3 years since my last test I have had 6 partners. All female and none that I knew had anything I always ask and none that I knew have ever used IV drugs.  I have recieved oral unprotected on most of them. I have ALWAYS used a condom from start to begining with vaginal and anal sex with me Being the insertive partner.  In September I had blood test for a large inurance policy over a mil. They didnt mention aids test but I assume they test for that. Since then I have had only 2 one time encounters with none sex workers. Never did a condom fail I normaly only go for a few minutes then pull out and remove the condom and finish oraly.  Never seen any blood on condoms or penis after oral.  One time I inserted my hand in a woman and made a fist and kept it there for a minute or two when I removed it there was no blood just lube and her fluids.I washed right away.  I have no open cuts or soars on my hands. Now by reading the archives and post I beleive I am at very little risk. But according to the NJ aides hotline I am at great risk and should be tested right away.  Honestly this conflicting info is driving me up the wall..  Anybody..  Please help....    Thanks for taking time reading my  story...

Depending on who you talk to on the hotlines varies the reply. Those that are experenced with assessments have a lot more knowledge than those that just answer the phone and read from a script.

Thanks for reply,  I am sure if I were to keep reading on the internet I would find out tht shaking hands spreads it also.  But what gets me is an Aids Hotline  which I have called three times now to see thier diffrent responces gives out so much diffrent info.  Last call was the one where the man told me that recieving oral and even kissing has been known to spead hiv.  The first call I made a week ago the girl told me that I didnt have a risk. It was the same office. My last hiv test at a clinic the tester who had been doing this for many years in a mix race comunity asked me , have you ever had sex with a man, have you ever been exposed to or used IV drugs, my answer was no but I did tell her I had 2 exposured to unproteced vaginal sex prior to that test. this was 2 years ago. She then said well you probably dont have hiv and assured me during the quick test I had nothing to worry about.  And it came negative.  She stated that she had never in 10 years had any male test pos without male to male or Iv drug use. But she said it was possible, bt also said as you guys always say on this board Oral insertive is not a risk or to low to figure. But they beleive receptive oral is a risk.  Well thanks for your responces and really thanks for all your help you give.Lets pray that one day this forum isnt needed and HIV is a thing of the past. Thank you....

No risk from anything you have stated.

I think your HIV risk is absolutely none. I have never seen an HIV expert say there is even a remote chance you can get HIV that way. If that was the case, you're right: we must all have HIV. If I were you, I'd get tested purely for peace of mind, and while you wait for your results you can rest secure in the knowledge that you're 99.999% safe. Cheers.
