Test Anxiety

Hello please could Lizzie Lou or Teak please answer my questions Thank you
Aweek ago i had 90 day hiv test done at nhs clinic the nurse taking my blood had a cold
My question before she took blood from arm she to blow her nose at least twice i think she washed her hands and chanced gloves each time if any of her nose mucus (snot) was on her hands or glove could she transfer hiv to me if she was hiv+ when she took my blood it took her at least three four times to get blood and tried two veins so i was bleeding a small amount
2nd question yesterday went to private clinic had rapid test done negative result thankfully but before taking blood the doctor lift and disposed of someone elses urine sample in bottle iam not 100%  sure if he washed his hands afterwards he then came to me and lifted (not gloved) a cotton ball and give it to me to hold he then put gloves on and took blood from my arm first time he then told me to put cotton ball on were he took blood from there was a small of blood if there was hiv on urine sample bottle and he didnt wash hands could hiv be transfer to me though were i was bleeding.
Thank you

nhs guidelines state that a test at 12-13 weeks ie 3 months is fully conclusive.you are negative and your worrying is from anxiety.trust me i know ive been there
