Test Recommandation
I had anal sex 23 day ago on 5 feb 2018. I was toper. Do i need to perform any test if yes which test are you recommanded after 23 day. Result must be conclusive.

NO. PCR is not conclusive. You can take it to get a good idea, and it probably will not change. But it is not certain.
